


With this competition, we aim to highlight the importance of the dining room staff.
Hospitality, expertise, etiquette, and communication are crucial for a modern Maître d'hôtel. These aspects are central throughout the entire competition. Our goal is to inspire young individuals to pursue this beautiful profession.
Two organizations, the 'European Pre-cutter Competition' and the 'Junior Maître d'hôtel of Belgium - Georges Samain,' have joined forces to create a new competition called 'Junior Table Master.'
This competition is intended for final year hotel school students.
The competition is overseen by the committee appointed by the 'Fetam' nonprofit organization.
The Junior Table Master competition is officially recognized and endorsed by the minister responsible for Small Business, as per the law dated 13/05/2009. This prestigious competition, the First Maître d'hôtel of Belgium, is organized by the FEDERATION OF TABLE MASTERS VZW.
