Inge Waeles
Hostess and co-owner of the three Michelin star restaurant Boury in Roeselare. Alongside her husband, chef Tim Boury, she has built the restaurant into one of the most prestigious culinary destinations in Belgium, with an international reputation.
Education and Career
Inge hails from an entrepreneurial family and developed a deep passion for gastronomy at a young age. She pursued her education at the Ter Duinen Hotel School in Koksijde, laying the foundation for her career in the hospitality industry. Initially, she chose a career in the kitchen and gained experience in renowned establishments such as Comme chez Soi, Auberge du Pêcheur, and Hof van Cleve. It was during her time in the kitchen at Comme chez Soi that she crossed paths with Tim Boury, and the connection was immediate.

Restaurant Boury
In 2010, Inge and Tim opened their own restaurant in a beautiful mansion in the center of Roeselare. Inge made the transition from the kitchen to the dining room and became the hostess. Shortly after, they earned their first Michelin star, solidifying their spot in the Belgian culinary world.
In 2016, Boury relocated to a stately villa on Rumbeeksesteenweg, allowing them the space to further develop their vision. Tim's brother, Ben Boury, joined as a business partner, strengthening the duo. This led to the launch of Boury Bottled and Boury Academy, two key pillars of Boury. Boury Bottled is the line of exclusive beverages developed by Inge and Tim Boury, including their own vermouth, gin, and other spirits. The brand reflects the same refined approach to quality and craftsmanship that characterizes the restaurant. Boury Academy is an initiative of the restaurant that mentors young talents in the world of gastronomy, emphasizing expertise, discipline, and mastering the culinary art. Both projects contribute to enhancing the Boury brand, both within the culinary world and beyond.
In 2022, the restaurant was awarded a third Michelin star, while Gault & Millau gave the restaurant a score of 19/20.

Inge is renowned for her warm hospitality, aesthetic sense, and impeccable organization. Alongside her team, she creates an elegant and relaxed atmosphere in the dining room, meticulously overseeing the overall dining experience with a keen eye for detail. Her background in the kitchen provides her with a unique insight into the level of service that each dish deserves.
Media Presence
Inge made her media debut as a judge on Celebrity Masterchef, where she has been part of the panel for the past three seasons. Her experience in both the kitchen and the dining room makes her a respected and knowledgeable judge, evaluating contestants not only on their culinary skills but also on their organization, creativity, and passion for gastronomy.
