Fetam vzw organiseert de wedstrijd voor de titel van "EERSTE BARISTA VAN BELGIE” Officiële meesterschapswedstrijd erkend door de minister bevoegd voor Middenstand bij wet van 13/05/2009. .
asbl Fetam organise le concours pour le titre de "PREMIER BARISTA DE BELGIQUE "Concours officiel de maîtrise reconnu par le Ministre ayant les Classes Moyennes dans ses attributions par la loi du 13 /05/2009.
FETAM nonprofit organization organizes the competition for the title of “FIRST BARISTA OF BELGIUM”, an official mastery competition recognized by the Minister responsible for the Middle Classes under the law of 13/05/2009.
Art. 1
In het kader van haar activiteiten organiseert de “Federation of Table Masters vzw” de nationale wedstrijd voor de titel van "EERSTE BARISTA VAN BELGIE 2027"
Deze wedstrijd is officieel erkend door het Ministerie van Middenstand als meesterschapswedstrijd volgens de wet van 13 mei 2009.
Dans le cadre de ses activités, la "Fédération of Table Masters asbl" organise la compétition nationale pour le titre de "PREMIER BARISTA DE BELGIQUE 2027".
Ce concours est officiellement reconnu par le Ministère des Indépendants comme un concours de maîtrise selon la loi du 13 mai 2009.
As part of its activities, the “Federation of Table Masters vzw” organizes the national competition for the title of “FIRST BARISTA OF BELGIUM 2027”.
This competition is officially recognized by the Ministry for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises as a mastery competition in accordance with the law of May 13, 2009.
Art. 2
De wedstrijd staat open voor alle professionelen van de service, die hun activiteiten uitoefenen op Belgisch grondgebied, ofwel als zelfstandige behoorlijk ingeschreven in de Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen en in regel met hun fiscale en sociale verplichtingen, ofwel als tewerkgestelde in een kleine of middelgrote commerciële of ambachtelijke onderneming eveneens ingeschreven in de Kruispuntbank voor ondernemingen en in regel met de fiscale en sociale verplichtingen.
Le concours est ouvert à tous les professionnels du service exerçant leurs activités sur le territoire belge, soit en tant qu'indépendants dûment inscrits à la Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises et en règle avec leurs obligations fiscales et sociales, soit en tant que salariés d'une petite ou moyenne entreprise commerciale ou artisanale également inscrite à la Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises et en règle avec leurs obligations fiscales et sociales.
The competition is open to all service professionals carrying out their activities on Belgian territory, either as self-employed professionals duly registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and compliant with their fiscal and social obligations, or as employees of a small or medium-sized commercial or artisanal enterprise likewise registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and compliant with fiscal and social obligations.
Art. 3
Nodige vakkennis voor een Barista. Zoals bijvoorbeeld: kennis & attitude rond, gasten onthalen en begeleiden, afstellen van de molen,koffiemachine, brandproces, productkennis (zowel dranken als grondstoffen), serveermethodes volgens officiële instanties (zoals ASI, IBA, …) en de wet van 13 mei 2009 betreffende de officiële Meesterschapswedstrijden. Dit in onze landstalen alsook het Engels.
Connaissances requises d'un Barista, telles que : connaissances et attitude sur, l'accueil et l'orientation des clients, régler le moulin à café, la machine à café, torréfaction du café, la connaissance des produits (tant les boissons que les matières premières/plats), les méthodes de service selon les organismes officiels (tels que ASI, IBA, ...) et la loi du 13 mai 2009 concernant les Concours d’Excellence officielle . Tout cela dans nos langues nationales et en anglais.
Required professional knowledge for a Barista, including for example: knowledge and attitude regarding guest reception and guidance, adjusting the coffee grinder, coffee machine, coffee roasting, product knowledge (both beverages and ingredients/dishes), service techniques according to official institutions (such as ASI, IBA, etc.), and the law of May 13, 2009 concerning official Mastery Competitions. This knowledge is required in the national languages of Belgium as well as in English.
Art. 4
De wedstrijd verloopt in verschillende fasen:
Uit deze kandidaten worden 4 finalisten geselecteerd.
Deze finalisten zullen 2 praktische proeven uitvoeren tijdens de finale in de namiddag.
Bekendmaking van de bronzen, zilveren en gouden medaille zullen plaatsvinden na de wedstrijd.
Le concours se déroule en plusieurs phases :
Tous les candidats officiellement inscrits sont attendus le 10/03/2027 à 9h00 à Schuilenburg Termonde.
Tous passeront une épreuve théorique ainsi qu’une épreuve pratique.
Parmi ces candidats, 4 finalistes seront sélectionnés.
Les six finalistes réaliseront chacun 2 épreuves pratique.
Après le concours, les médailles de bronze, d’argent et d’or seront attribuées. Les prix seront remis lors du gala de Fetam le lundi 22 mars 2027.
5. La remise des prix et l'annonce officielle auront lieu lors de la "Dinner Evening by Fetam" le lundi
22/03/2027 dans les salons du Domaine de la Blommerie à Mouscron.
The competition will take place in several phases:
Art. 5
De finale zal plaatsvinden op woensdag 10 maart 2027.
De wedstrijd is openbaar. De kandidaten dienen zich in werkkledij aan te bieden. De kandidaat is verantwoordelijk voor zijn/haar eigen materiaal voor het verzorgen van de dienst.
Uitzonderingen hierop zullen vooraf aangekondigd worden bij het bekend maken van de proeven voor de wedstrijd. Al het ander materiaal wordt voorzien door de organisatie. Eigen materiaal buiten het hierboven beschrevene is niet toegestaan.
De wedstrijd zal bestaan uit schriftelijke, mondelinge en praktische proeven. Voor het eindresultaat tellen alleen de proefresultaten van de finale.
Enkel in het geval van een gedeelde eerste plaats wordt er rekening gehouden met de punten van de vragenlijst en de proef van de halve finale om de winnaar aan te duiden.
La finale aura lieu le mercredi 10 mars 2027.
Le concours est ouvert au public. Les candidats doivent se présenter en tenue de travail.
Le candidat est responsable de son propre matériel pour la prise en charge du service.
Les exceptions à cette règle seront annoncées à l'avance lors de l'annonce des épreuves. Tout autre matériel sera fourni par l'organisation.
Les équipements propres autres que ceux décrits ci-dessus ne sont pas autorisés.
Le concours comprendra des épreuves écrites, orales et pratiques. Seuls les résultats obtenus lors de la finale seront pris en compte pour le classement final.
Ce n’est qu’en cas d’égalité pour la première place que les points obtenus au questionnaire et à l’épreuve de la demi-finale seront pris en considération afin de désigner le lauréat.
The final will take place on Wednesday, March 10, 2027.
The competition is open to the public. Candidates are required to present themselves in professional work attire. Each candidate is responsible for providing their own service equipment.
Any exceptions to this rule will be announced in advance when the competition assignments are officially communicated. All other equipment will be provided by the organization. Personal equipment other than the items listed above is not permitted.
The competition will consist of written, oral, and practical tests. Only the results obtained during the final will count towards the final ranking.
Only in the event of a tie for first place will the scores from the questionnaire and the semi-final test be taken into account to determine the winner.
Art. 6
X is ambassadeur van de wedstrijd “Eerste Barista van België 2027” en is tevens ook voorzitter van de jury. De jury bestaat uit een afgevaardigde van de minister, een afgevaardigde van de Hoge Raad voor de Zelfstandigen en de Kleine en Middelgrote Ondernemingen, één of meer afgevaardigden aangewezen door het inrichtende comité, evenals één of meer afgevaardigden uit het onderwijs en/of de opleiding, aangewezen door de minister op voordracht van het inrichtende comité. De jury beslist eigenmachtig in elke fase van de wedstrijd. Tegen haar beslissingen kan geen beroep aangetekend worden. De jury kan beslissen geen winnaar aan te duiden als het niveau van de kandidaten ontoereikend blijkt. In dat geval krijgt de best geklasseerde kandidaat een diploma van verdienste.
X est ambassadeur du concours "Premier Barista de Belgique 2027" est président du jury. Le jury est composé d'un délégué du ministre, d'un délégué du Conseil supérieur des indépendants et des petites et moyennes entreprises, d'un ou plusieurs délégués désignés par le comité d'organisation, ainsi que d'un ou plusieurs délégués du secteur de l'enseignement et/ou de la formation, désignés par le ministre sur proposition du comité d'organisation. Le jury prend ses propres décisions à chaque étape du concours. Il n'existe aucun droit d'appel contre ses décisions. Le jury peut décider de ne pas attribuer de lauréat si le niveau des candidats est insuffisant. Dans ce cas, un diplôme de mérite est attribué au candidat le mieux placé.
X is the ambassador of the competition “First Barista of Belgium 2027” and also serves as President of the Jury.
The jury consists of a representative of the Minister, a representative of the High Council for the Self-Employed and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, one or more representatives appointed by the organizing committee, as well as one or more representatives from education and/or training, appointed by the Minister upon proposal of the organizing committee.
The jury has full authority in every phase of the competition. No appeal may be lodged against its decisions. The jury may decide not to designate a winner if the level of the candidates is deemed insufficient. In such a case, the highest-ranked candidate will receive a certificate of merit.
Art. 7
De resultaten worden bekend gemaakt de dag zelf van de wedstrijd en de prijzen overhandigd op het jaarlijks gala banket van Fetam.
Les résultats seront annoncés le jour même du concours lorset les honneurs seront remis lors du banquet de gala annuel de Fetam.
The results will be announced on the day of the competition itself, and the prizes will be awarded during FETAM’s annual gala banquet.
Art. 8
De winnende finalist zal de titel dragen van:
"EERSTE BARISTA VAN BELGIE 2027"
Zij/hij ontvangt, naast verschillende waardevolle prijzen, het pin-juweel van Eerste Barista van België uit handen van de Federation of Table Masters vzw.
Voor de andere finalisten wordt een diploma van:
"FINALIST VAN DE WESTRIJD EERSTE BARISTA VAN BELGIE 2027" overhandigd.
Le finaliste gagnant portera le titre de :
"PREMIER BARISTA DE BELGIQUE 2027".
Elle/il recevra, en plus de plusieurs prix de valeur, le pin-bijoux de Premier Barista de Belgique des mains de la Fédération des Maîtres de Table asbl.
Les autres finalist(e)s recevront le diplôme
"FINALISTE DU CONCOURS PREMIER BARISTA DE BELGIQUE 2027"
The winning finalist will bear the title of:
“FIRST BARISTA OF BELGIUM 2027”
In addition to several valuable prizes, he/she will receive the official pin jewel of the First Barista of Belgium from the Federation of Table Masters vzw.
The finalists will receive a diploma bearing the title:
“FINALIST OF THE COMPETITION FIRST BARISTA OF BELGIUM 2027”
Art.9
Door deel te nemen bevestigen de kandidaten dat zij zich, zonder reserve, schikken naar dit reglement.
En participant, les candidats confirment qu'ils acceptent, sans réserve, ce règlement.
By participating, the candidates confirm that they fully and unreservedly agree to comply with these regulations.
Art. 10
De Federation of Table Masters vzw behoudt de volledige eigendomsrechten over alle beelden, bewegend of statisch, die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks op de wedstrijd betrekking hebben.
La Federation of Table Masters asbl conserve la pleine propriété de toutes les images, mobiles ou statiques, liées directement ou indirectement à la compétition.
The Federation of Table Masters vzw retains full ownership rights to all images, whether moving or still, directly or indirectly related to the competition.
Art.11
Door zich in te schrijven aanvaardt de kandidaat alle vermeldingen bij het inschrijvingsformulier onder het punt “privacy policy Fetam”
En s'inscrivant, le candidat accepte toutes les déclarations faites sur le formulaire d'inscription sous le point "privacy policy Fetam".
By registering, the candidate accepts all provisions stated in the registration form under the section “FETAM Privacy Policy.”
Art. 12
De winnaar zal aanvaarden om haar/zijn medewerking te verlenen aan acties die de Federation of Table Masters vzw zelf of in samenwerking met haar partners organiseert (televisie, media, reportages, promotionele aanwezigheid, enz.), in wederzijds belang en met de eerbiediging van beide partijen.
Le gagnant s'engage à collaborer à toute action organisée par la Federation of Table Masters asbl ou en collaboration avec ses partenaires (télévision, médias, reportages, présence promotionnelle, etc.), dans l'intérêt et le respect mutuels des deux parties.
The winner agrees to cooperate with activities organized by the Federation of Table Masters vzw, either independently or in collaboration with its partners (television, media, reports, promotional appearances, etc.), in the mutual interest and with respect for both parties.
Art. 13
De organisatie behoudt zich het recht dit reglement eenzijdig aan te passen ten behoeve van de wedstrijd.
L'organisation se réserve le droit de mettre en oeuvre unilatéralement des adaptions au règlement pour les besoins du concours.
The organization reserves the right to unilaterally amend these regulations in the interest of the competition.
